OPTURE AG is the leading system provider for Risk management software in Europe. The company was founded in 02/2002 by Dr. Dirk and Mark Noetzold and is in the sole ownership of the founders. The name OPTURE comes from the sentence „OPTImize the futURE“Therefore, risk management has the objective of assessing and managing the uncertainties of the future.”.
OPTURE is a global technology leader in the field of Enterprise-wide Risk Management (ERM). OPTURE uses professional risk management models and methods in its software solutions.
OPTURE AG is represented with its clients in over 80 countries, with offices in Switzerland (Zurich), Germany (Hamburg), and England (London). The technical implementation of the OPTURE software It is simple and efficient, as OPTURE is fully compatible with all established databases, server infrastructures, and IT architectures. Through standardized interfaces, flexible configuration options, and a performant system architecture, OPTURE can be quickly integrated and stably operated – regardless of existing system landscapes or company sizes. Approximately 90-95% of our customers use our SaaS solution with private or public hosting.

Dirk Noetzold is an expert in the fields of Risk management, Financial Engineering, Asset Valuation, as well as in the Modeling and the hedging of risks associated with business processes and investments. He gained his expertise as a quant and risk manager at investment banks in Berlin and London. Dirk studied physics and mathematics.
