Purpose of the whistleblower system
That Whistleblower system The OPTURE AG enables employees, suppliers, customers, business partners and third parties to report violations of legal regulations, internal policies or ethical standards in a safe and confidential manner.
Legal basis
The whistleblower system meets the requirements:
- the EU Whistleblower Directive (EU 2019/1937),
- of Swiss law,
- the UN Guiding Principles on Business and Human Rights,
- the OECD Guidelines,
- of the Supply Chain Due Diligence Act (LkSG), insofar as applicable.
Reporting channels
Information can be submitted via the following channels:
- Confidential email to: info(at)opture.com
- anonymous online form in the system
- Personal conversation with the compliance officer
Confidentiality and protection
All reports are treated confidentially. Whistleblowers are protected from reprisal. Retaliatory measures are strictly prohibited.
Processing of notices
Recommendations are reviewed by the compliance department. Necessary measures are documented and implemented.
Anonymous reports
Anonymous reports are accepted and treated equally.
Documentation and storage
All reports are documented in accordance with legal requirements and securely stored.
